The Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App is an application designed for users to conveniently perform everyday activities on their Cave Shepherd Card Account.

2. How do I gain access to the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:31:58+00:00

It’s easy! Download the App from either Google Play or the Apple App Store and follow the registration process. For further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at 629-4444.

3. What should I do after successfully downloading the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:31:29+00:00

You can proceed to register by mobile number or email address in order to gain access to the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App. Please ensure that either your mobile number or email addresses matches the information we have on record.  You are encouraged to contact our 24 hour Customer Service Team at 629-4444 to have this information updated.

4. Will I gain immediate access to the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App once my email address and cell number has been updated by the Customer Service Representative? 2018-08-16T10:31:05+00:00

Yes!  Once all details have been updated on our system, you can proceed to register in order to gain access to your account information.

This is great news! Your CS Online User ID and Password grants you access to the Cave Shepherd & Co. Mobile App.

If you are a CS Online user, you will have the ability to initiate a password reset by accessing your account. Alternatively, you will need to contact our 24 hour Customer Service Team to have your Mobile profile reset.

Yes! You will be granted access to all your active accounts through the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App.

8. Is there a fee charged for downloading the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:30:05+00:00

No Way! You won’t be billed for downloading the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App. However, please be aware that some charges may apply with your mobile service provider.

9. What is the difference between the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App and CS Online? 2018-08-16T10:29:27+00:00

CS Online helps you to manage your transactions online meanwhile the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App allows you access your account details, transfer credit to friends and family and much more!

10. What services do I receive with the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:28:52+00:00

With the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App, you will gain access to:

• View account balances for all active accounts

• Send and Receive funds to other Cave Shepherd Visa Cardholders

• View recent Card and App transactions

• Shop online using the Merchant App (coming soon)

All credit transfers completed during the App will be limited to Cave Shepherd Visa Cardholders.

12. Can I transfer credit to Cave Shepherd Visa Cardholders who don’t have the Cave Shepherd & Co. Mobile App? 2018-08-10T16:17:59+00:00

Yes! For your convenience, you will have three (3) options for transferring credit to your friends and family. These can be found under the Send Funds option within the Mobile App and include: Phone to Phone, App User and Non-App User.

13. Are the transfers completed in the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App tied to my existing Cave Shepherd Card Account? And will these transactions be reflected on my Statement? 2018-08-16T10:28:27+00:00

All credit transfers completed in the App will be deducted from the existing Available Credit on your Cave Shepherd Card Account. These transactions will appear under your Recent App Transactions in the Mobile App and also appear on your monthly Statement.

14. Is there a fee for Sending and Receiving Credit through the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:27:36+00:00

A small fee will be charged only to the Sender through the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App. The fees are as followed:

  • $1.50 for each transaction below $1,000

  • $5.00 for each transaction $1,000 or above

*Minimum In-App Transfer Limit is $5

15. Why do I need to create a Passcode to Send Credit to my friends and family? 2018-08-10T16:19:31+00:00

For your added security, we recommend that you create a Passcode that should be kept confidential, in the event that your registered Mobile Device is ever lost or stolen. This way you remain protected from any unauthorized usage of your Cave Shepherd Card Account.

16. I forgot my Passcode. What should I do? 2018-08-10T16:19:52+00:00

You can reset your Passcode in just a few steps! Located in the settings function, you will find a “Reset My Passcode” link.

17. Can an additional Cardholder on a joint account access the feature to transfer funds as well? 2018-08-10T16:20:14+00:00

Of course! Additional Cardholders will have access to the transfer funds feature; however, they may be limited in viewing full account details.

18. Can I retract a Credit Transfer completed in the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:27:57+00:00

Unfortunately no! To obtain these funds, you will need to request the Receiver to initiate sending a credit back to you.

19. Will I have access to my statements through the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:26:38+00:00

Yes! You will have access to your last six (6) months Statements and these will be available for you to email and view.

20. What are Open Authorisations? 2018-08-10T16:22:02+00:00

These are your completed transactions which are yet to be settled by the Merchant. Once settled, these transactions will appear on your account and statement.

21. Can I freeze my Card through the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? 2018-08-16T10:24:09+00:00

Unfortunately; not at this time! However, new features are being considered frequently to give you even more convenience.

22. How secure is the Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App? What happens if I misplace my phone or device? 2018-08-16T10:26:09+00:00

The Cave Shepherd Card Mobile App has been designed with your security in mind and incorporates the highest digital standards and encryptions in order to keep your personal data information safe. Remember; be sure to create your personal Passcode in order to help protect your account in the event that your device is lost or stolen.
